Pros
a lot of free time and good interaction. Meet a lot of friends and people of the same age.
Cons
don't get very far in terms of advancement, there is no vacation. And the pay is pretty much zero.
Advice to Senior Management
to pay their employees a lot higher. To hire more employees to help the lack of service.
