Pros
The work is pretty exciting, and I found plenty of room to expand and build on my skills.
Cons
Sometimes you feel like you're lacking direction from senior management, or receiving conflicting instruction.
Advice to Senior Management
Better communication regarding status of company required.

schedule was somewhat flexible
pay was good
benefits offered
friendly co-workers
enjoy working with customers

lay off without any notice
didn't get paid for a month of work
lack of communication between all departments
Advice to Senior Management
the law requires that employees be paid for the time they work
learn more about real estate industry to better run the company
