Pros – The work is pretty exciting, and I found plenty of room to expand and build on my skills.
Cons – Sometimes you feel like you're lacking direction from senior management, or receiving conflicting instruction.
Advice to Senior Management – Better communication regarding status of company required.

Pros – schedule was somewhat flexible
pay was good
benefits offered
friendly co-workers
enjoy working with customers
Cons – lay off without any notice
didn't get paid for a month of work
lack of communication between all departments
Advice to Senior Management – the law requires that employees be paid for the time they work
learn more about real estate industry to better run the company
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
