    Pros

Its an excellent company that gives its employees a lot of hands on work opportunities. You will be trained and put to work on different technologies which makes your skills versatile in few years.

    Cons

Small company and lacks process. It may come as a pro sometimes !

    Advice to Management

IAM Services is your cup of tea. Don't leave it for the sake of product development.

    Pros

Some nice people there. Good ideas for products and services. Has strong technical understanding of IBM Security and Identity Management space.

    Cons

Poor communication, no consistent direction on company strategy, and goal setting not based on any specific methodology. Saw a lot of "over promise under deliver" throughout the organization as well as with customers. Closed minded management. Struggling between the two worlds of trying to be a services organization and a product company. Not a fun place to work.

    Advice to Management

Need to decide on a long term strategy and stick with it. Far too many changes of direction in a short period of time. Need to do a better job of communicating with employees and customers and setting proper mutually agreed upon expectations. Need a marketing strategy.

    Pros

    - Flat Hierarchy, even the CEO is approachable (when he is in office, that is)
    - Employees are encouraged to come up with new ideas (though implementation depends on higher management)
    - Higher management try their best to have (so-called) transparency by regularly connecting with employees, taking their feedback, and also giving an overview of where the company is headed.

    Cons

    - Not recommended for people who want to quit at a later point of time. I have not come across a single person who has had his/her dues cleared till date.
    - Company announces a lot of bonuses, salary hikes but takes a lot of time to see it reflecting on the paychecks.
    - There's a lot of 'spying' by higher management on employees. What you say WILL be used against you.
    - No-one sticks around in this company. Specially if they're talented.
    - Too much micro-management makes working really difficult here.
    - You can get fired for arbitrary reasons. A lot of people have been.

    Advice to Management

    - Stop being hypocritical.
    - Stop micro-management.
    - Deliver on your promises. Or don't make them at all.

    Pros

Exceptional Co-workers, very competitive pay and benefits. Small company and hence has a learning environment. one can gain very good hands on technical knowledge. flexible and friendly people

    Cons

Long term planning is very important. It becomes essential to award hardworking employees at the ground level instead of only good orators / leaders. All the recognition / appreciation are given to only few people all the time....

    Advice to Management

it is always good to take people's opinion but important to take decisions based on data

    Pros

    - Management & leadership shared the plan with roadmap & target, made me feel wanted and a part of ILANTUS
    - Focused on employees as not workers put colleagues by management
    - I like the full time Yoga instructor in office
    - Employee assistance program (Where in a neutral body in involved to capture feedback for improvements)
    - Efforts are visible (We have always worked & worked now we also let loose, the cultural event organized last month was good)

    Cons

    - Communication can improve (The good thing is it has started)

    Advice to Management

Please have more fun events at least quarterly (Similar to the one that was organized last month)

Thanks for bringing in Employee Assistance Program (It works wonders for me)

    Pros

    Good people and nothing else

    Cons

Where do I start from, most of the good reviews here are fake, HR forces employees to write good reviews on monthly basis department wise, yes the only planning and strategy which is in place. The company could be a great place to work is now full of politics. Hiring and firing is a hobby here, there is absolutely no planning. All management knows is to play dirty politics as I doubt they have a vision and knowledge to reach to their goal. This company looks very promising when you come down for the interview, it’s later when you realize nothing happens here. Good resources quit as soon as they get a better opportunity (waiting for my luck to shine) and the rest just stays and licks. They have a lot of policy and they only adhere to it at their convenience. You may even get fired while you are serving your notice period, let me explain this in detail - Notice period is three months here but that’s the case only when they need you and not vice versa. So you can be given a days notice in your notice period for the exit formalities, sometimes it’s even half a day or an hour, even after working for 13 years.
This all because the company is going through a rough phase that’s what they like it call. Salaries have started coming in late .

Having said that, something may change here provided they receive funding or management change their working style.

To conclude this not that a place to stick around, may be for fresher’s (engineers only).
P.S : Make sure before you put down your paper , you have received your incentive ( as everybody at Ilantus has a variable component to their CTC . Ex -ilantians don’t get incentives in their delayed FnF settlement.
