    Pros

    twelve holidays off a year. Good health insurance for now.

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling of hours, creative department with plenty of perks for offsite training with events and photoshoots. Staff was always willing to assist interns in any area of unfamiliarity.

    Cons

    Attention to detail of assignments and a more structured training regiment could be adhered to a bit more. Otherwise no otherwise a very conducive working environment.

    There are no pros to this job.

    Cons

    Bad management, horrible computer and automated phone system. Slow internet access. Not enough agents on the floor to take calls. Does not care about employees at all! Dirty office.

    Advice to Management

    Need to re vamp your whole system and think about how to treat your workers.

    Pros

    You meet a lot of different people in the lanes.Good pay.

    Cons

    mirco-management. Its hard to get a weekend shift.

    Pros

    Benefits packages are exceptional, particularly the ability to have a pension, to build vacation and sick time, and to have very good health insurance benefits.

    Cons

    Management changes frequently with each political change in the state. Mid-level managers are poorly trained and do not handle personnel issues well. High level managers vary widely in quality from excellent to exceptionally poor. Workers are much the same. Expect some coworkers who are excellent, and some who would be fired if they worked somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

    There is heavy reliance on outside contractors and consultants, and an aggressive union in place, which make it difficult for general workers to feel recognized and appreciated. When raises, or the lack of raises are based on union membership, and not quality of work provided, workers have little incentive beyond pride. When contractors are treated with greater respect than employees by default, even pride is deflated.
