Pros
Good benefits, interesting technology, and the research and development staff are enthusiastic about solving tricky customer requests and problems.
Cons
Very poor management right down to the staff managers, generally poor judgement on the part of the executive and board of directors going back years.
Advice to Senior Management
Sell.
