Pros – Good business infrastructure and overall good business practices based upon looking at other companies I have work for and with.
Cons – Limiting growth opportunity since company has not been successful in growing even with acquisitions. Weak product development and product introduction to the market.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue providing training in good business practices. Listen to employees and provide opportunities for individuals to put into play what they have learned.

Former Employee – worked at Imation
Pros – Pay and bonus structure is fairly competitive; good 401K plan and health insurance. Most of the upper management is easy to get along with.
Cons – Working towards becoming a 'brand management' company, but they can hardly manage the inventory and shipping products they have already. Products they buy are on the decline, so there is really no potential for growth.
Advice to Senior Management – Work on improving logistics!
