I have been working at Imatrix Technologies full-time for more than a year
Pros – I love my job and I love the people I work with. The culture is fast paced and incredibly positive. Things move very fast and you are expected to stay engaged and to work hard both individually and as a team. There is a huge "promote from within" culture, so it is a great place to start and work your way up to other things. Headcount has grown from 30+ to 90+ in 18 months and revenue growth is explosive. There is a very solid path of growth for both individuals and for the company itself. In this economy, there aren't too many places where you'll see this kind of optimism and growth.
Cons – As is typical with many small companies things like documentation of processes aren't as mature as they should be. There is an over-reliance on institutional knowledge. There are efforts underway to curtail that now.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Imatrix Technologies full-time for less than a year
Pros – There is music playing and a game room... Base pay starts at $2000.
Cons – Managers are rude and incompetent. Their people skills leave a tremendous amount to be desired. Their "sales consultant" position is simply appointment setting. Opportunity to grow after several months, but I wouldn't tie my wagon to this horse.
Advice to Senior Management – Employees with the greatest drive aren't always the best choices. Especially for management. Your team really disappoints. Good luck.
