    Decent products, value to customers

    Cons

    Low compensation, 25-30% below competition. Many products backordered repeatedly

    OMG i dont have time spend for this company .. just can tell worst compnay plus managment to work with. They should hire robots not Human .. because human has brain life emotions creativity talent..and this company absolutely dont need it.. LOL

    Please get training to deal with employee.

    The product that is being sold to the customers is great product. I do believe in the product that is being sold.

    Cons

    The management team tend to be bullies. There is not room to grow.

    Pros

    Decent product line, good value for the customer, good benefits. Most customers recognize the name.

    Cons

    Terrible upper management team. They have no clue what we deal with, no understanding of needs of customer. A bunch of time-wasting big-spending middle and upper management types, do none of the heavy lifting to make our number. When things go South, play the blame game.

    Advice to Management

    Two words "Ride-along" Start looking at product line and own up to the weaknesses in QC. Quit dividing our time and focus on our core-product. We only get 5 minutes with these docs if we are lucky. You expect us to detail 10 different high tech products?

    Pros

    The company has great benefits and there was a strong sense of "team".

    Cons

    The company culture has changed for the worse since the retirement of the president. New leadership is superficial and selfish with a strong focus on their own personal gains - not what is best for the company or employees. There is a high expectation of long hours and minimal reward.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest in your communications. Allow people to speak up without fear of retaliation. Respect gained through intimidation is not truly respect.

    Pros

    Benefits are great. Company car, gas and expenses paid. Great flexibility

    Cons

    Compensation is not great. Your sales go up and compensation down. They adjust your baseline higher each year.

    Advice to Management

    Better compensation will slow the turnover down

    Pros

    If you have a degree, its a way to get your foot in the medical devices industry. The products are innovative and they sell themselves. Easy way to get yourself situated with Salesforce.com

    Cons

    The commission plan is structured in a way where its very hard for you to make money. Its 100% up to you to figure out if you're being paid the right amount every commission paycheck. They penalize you for any returned products even if its months later. Management has no idea what they're doing. High turn-over rate.

    Advice to Management

    Realize that your employees are your most valuable asset. The business has to evolve with the ever changing dental implant industry. Go back to school and get a MBA degree..all of you.

    Pros

    Great starting job out of school for sales, benefits, expense account, car, flexibility

    Cons

    Changing comp plan every year, better you perform you screw yourself the next year with 20-30% higher baselines, wild west cowboy style 80 ' s management style, company's horrible reputation to sell with, back orders galore, lemon girl guide cookies

    Advice to Management

    Management is the biggest disappointment and ID will not grow with how they lead region managers. They all stare at excel spreadsheets all day and don't see the big picture. "Kill" has offended every rep and so unprofessional
