    Pros

    Benefits are great. Company car, gas and expenses paid. Great flexibility

    Cons

    Compensation is not great. Your sales go up and compensation down. They adjust your baseline higher each year.

    Better compensation will slow the turnover down

    Pros

    The company has great benefits and there was a strong sense of "team".

    Cons

    The company culture has changed for the worse since the retirement of the president. New leadership is superficial and selfish with a strong focus on their own personal gains - not what is best for the company or employees. There is a high expectation of long hours and minimal reward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be honest in your communications. Allow people to speak up without fear of retaliation. Respect gained through intimidation is not truly respect.

    Pros

    If you have a degree, its a way to get your foot in the medical devices industry. The products are innovative and they sell themselves. Easy way to get yourself situated with Salesforce.com

    Cons

    The commission plan is structured in a way where its very hard for you to make money. Its 100% up to you to figure out if you're being paid the right amount every commission paycheck. They penalize you for any returned products even if its months later. Management has no idea what they're doing. High turn-over rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Realize that your employees are your most valuable asset. The business has to evolve with the ever changing dental implant industry. Go back to school and get a MBA degree..all of you.

    I am trying since half an hour to write something positive about this experience, but it is impossible.

    Cons

    the Group is quite big, so policies are existing (which the company is not following)
