In-N-Out Burgers Reviews
-
Pros
Probably the best thing about In-N-Out Burger management is that everyone calls each other by their first name and we are all family. They really take care of their managers and associates. They offer great benefits and great job security. You really have to mess up to get fired as a manager. Also they allow us to train our associates and give us tools to monitor their success. They are constantly pushing us to be better as a manager and as a store. They just really take care of their people.
Cons
Probably the biggest downside is the hours. The night shift is nine and a half hours and ends at 1:30am. So this is a bummer for family life. That would really be it, I mean I would say most managers don't really mind the closing shift anyway, because we are all used to it. Most of us have been doing it for at least two years.
Advice to Senior Management
In-N-Out managers are some of the hardest working people I know. Great job guys!!!
