    Diverse group of talented and dynamic individuals across all departments

    Bit of a "boys club" at the top echelon
    Lacks cohesiveness between functional areas
    Engagement above "your level" not encouraged, some managers/senior managers territorial
    Aquire companies but then doesn't know what to do with them or how to leverage

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    CEO and top management should engage more with staff.
    Have more events that allows for staff to build relationships outside of partner summit events
    Involve more lower level employees/account managers in partner summit

    Pros

    The call volume is not always hectic, most days you have enough time between the calls to make sure you wrap it up correctly. Great coworkers.

    Cons

    Employee didn't trust management
    Everything is set in place somehow for employee to feel undervalued.
    You have to be extra quiet in the break room because the directors office is right behind
    A lot of Micromanagement
    The building sucks
    They tell you its a 3 months contract but 6 months later you are still not hired

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should look back at themselves, ask what they are missing and fix it.

    I have been working at InComm as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    It has been a great company to work for. Everyone is very nice and will do their best to help you. I have learned a considerable amount while in this internship and have enjoyed the experience.

    Cons

    Sometimes there is a breakdown in communication between departments, bosses, coworkers, etc. However, these issues are being addressed and taken care of.

    Interdepartmental communication. Not many cons other than that.

    Pros

    I love the fact that we take in incoming calls, no sales.

    Cons

    12Hr is not enough for an experienced representative. Poor management, micro management, you can't even turn around in your seat. Management talk about everyone's business. Steal customers money. Shady place to work.

    Stop stealing folks money, fix your systems, hire more managers to support your reps.

    Keep doing what you're doing but place a little more focus on initial training for all new employees to teach them the InComm way.

    Pros

    Well funded (not likely going out of business any time soon), resources for travel and communication with existing and potential customers, good office culture in Portland. The Portland group has strong technical skills, and generally are aligned with where things need to go to improve after years of being a startup / technical debt accrual. Has all of the standard "perks" associated with being a startup (snacks, catered lunch on Thursdays) and a very easy going office environment.

    Cons

    Big mismatch in vision between Corporate (Atlanta) and Portland (Digital). Portland group is digital focused and has a hard time finding its identity sometimes. Difference in cultures reflected in compensation packages and recruiting strategies, which makes hiring difficult. Lack of accountability results in a lot of dead weight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work on a strong vision for what the company is, and how the Portland office fits into that vision. Be transparent with communication, and work on creating a culture of accountability to the organization and one another.

    Many of the employees are are genuinely good people.

    Poor management. No integrity within the organization. You become the "laugh of the industry" once you leave and have them on your resume.
