    Diverse business segments Leader in the prepaid product industry Good pay and benefits Multiple patents

    Somewhat of a "Good Old Boys Club" culture Middle management dissuades fraternization with upper management Most remote positions were eliminated

    Advice to Management

    Reconsider having account managers work out of their homes. Its important to have expeditious resolution and build and reinforce relationships with clients.

    Pros

    Competitive Pay above the position standard, relatively nice co-workers, free gym access and decent benefits, occasional remote work

    Cons

    Disconnect between entry-level staff and upper management, lack of clarity in pecking order for assigned team tasks, total lack of training program and support for those employees new to the prepaid business

    Advice to Management

    Better communication among branches, more clarity in hiring process, roles must be defined more clearly at outset, training program must be created for entry-level positions

    Pros

    A ton of opportunity for those who are able to operate in a fast paced, ever-changing environment without a lot of structure. Good pay, benefits, and great location.

    Cons

    Fast growth is doesn't allow for structure or process.

    Continue to hire and promote within and share vision with company regularly.

    Pros

    Very flexible work schedule. In the IT area people show up to work from 7:00 to 10:00 am. Also, very knowledgeable engineers in IT Operations. Fun environment.

    Cons

    Because the gift card industry revolves around retail the busiest times are from Black Friday through the Christmas holiday. This mandates that you work through those holidays.

    Advice to Management

    Share the successes with the employees that are working hard to secure the company's transactions. Keep the salaries and benefits on par.

    Great work environment, team-centric mentality, open to ideas and suggestions, fast paced, great benefits, great pay, lots of opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    Company is growing so quickly they are running out of space.

    Continue implementing best practices and valuing employee feedback.
