    Pros

If you are top managements’ family member, or extended family member, or have intimate bonding with top managements, then WELCOME TO PARADISE (above-average salary, better benefit, less work, most important, stress-free working environment).

    Cons

If you are just a regular worker hired from outside (operators, technicians, engineers, managers), then WELCOME TO LABOR CAMP (below-market salary, poor benefit, tons of work). Be ready for daily criticism, harassment, personal attack, and public humiliation no matter how hard you work.

    Advice to Management

Inphenix enjoys what they did in the past, and doesn’t seem to change in the future. That being said, Inphenix, please keep up with your dirty work, and cast in even more money.

    Pros

Poor benefits, poor pay, no promotion or advancement. If need a pay check, or H1B visa, then ok for short term employees are nice

    Cons

Very poor upper management- not open for idea and upper management badger yell and blame for problem. upper management cheap- buy product and tool from E-bay and do not promote or value people. Most people are here for the H1B visa and minimum wage. Meeting end up screaming, yelling with people being picked on and blamed until they quit or walk out of meeting. 4 people quit in last 2 month people must work week end no over time pay

    Advice to Management

upper management will not change yell and blame other people for problem. people scared to say anything or be fired
need new people to run company and be real leader

    Pros

Inphenix targets a very unique market. The products are 10+ years old, but still very profitable. CEO is a decent, reasonable person. Unfortunately he seems lost control of his management team over the years, and company heads to a dangerous direction.

    Cons

Depends on how well you kiss the right butt(s), otherwise, you will find yourself in hot water every day.

    Advice to Management

It is time for Inphenix to keep / hire honest, talented engineers, and start investing in them. R&D project is promising, but in wrong hands. Wikipedia is not the solution for R&D, and VCSEL is a joke. Some engineers' creepy behaviors are disgusting, disturbing, and discouraging to those hardworking people.
