SharePoint and employee development are Key

SharePoint Consultant (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsSharePoint is clearly the focus and you will learn many of its supporting technologies
Rarely, if ever, work on anything that is dated
CEO, Gary Biniak, is all about team building and giving people with potential a real chance
Training is video based, peer based and OTJ, but you are surrounded by domain experts and people at your own level and the environment is very team oriented allowing for learning
Company takes risks and even has even invested in SharePoint based product development with some success.
    Operations people are very friendly
IncWorx uses SharePoint Internally for a lot of business process, document storage, time tracking, billing, etc... IncWorx builds automated systems to manage it's Line of Business, that nice to see and also be a part of the design and development process.
Rewards Winners, appreciates team environment. Doesn't hire ego's, hires to maintain it's culture which is very cool and rare.
Feel like I'm part of team and the my contributions really count toward the bigger picture
IncWorx has been hiring employees all over the country and we use video conferencing frequently to keep the team cohesive.
Mentoring is a big thing here.
    Travel is very minimal.

Consthere is no exit on 90 heading east to get off at roselle rd, commute can take a little longer sometimes.
Sometimes being a smaller company you have to wear a few hats and take on additional responsibilities, but that might not be a con.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Forget one sentence ill give you one word...AWESOME

Account Executive (Current Employee) Schaumburg, IL

ProsThe team they have working here is very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY friendly and down to earth. The CEO is very loyal and holds that in high regard and is very flexible when it comes to new ideas. the company as a whole is very forward thinking and like to remain agile instead of some larger companies that are like slow moving cogs in a machine

ConsThe only con that I can foresee is that there is no actual on boarding or training process its more or less tailored to the individual that gets hired which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it takes more time then I'm sure the management would like

This company has a lot of Horsepower playing in the Microsoft SharePoint World

Technical Developer (Current Employee) Schaumburg, IL

ProsWalls and bounderies are few. Management believes that you do what you need to do to get the job done, and will provide direction with challenges. IncWorx has an impressive Client portfolio, with a good mix of Financial, Manufacturing and High Tech customers. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner and were partner of the Year 2010. They have a unique blend of Junior and Senior people that lends itself to productive collaboration and knowledge transfer. The Sales team uses a fresh new "partnered" approach to getting new business and sustaining repeat customers. When it comes to SharePoint, they rate a 9+. I have learned a tremendous amount about the SharePoint (2007 and 2010) technology since joining this firm and have expanded my skillset to a great extent.

ConsTheir Schaumburg location is a bit of a challenge if you live in the city, Although they do have some flexibility to working remote.

They are tight when it comes to expenses (not a bad thing) Just don't expect expensive lunches on a regular basis, or limo rides to the airport.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork more closely with the team when it comes to vision and direction. Keep on doing what you're doing to be successful.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
