    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Every other Friday off. Good ownership group. Cool people to work with. Lots of happy hours. Can make good money as a account manager but must get gifted good territory and established accounts.

    Cons

Account managers have no one to answer to and in turn can do whatever they want. Office was open until 6pm and account managers would skip out routinely around 4:30pm. Commission structure for account managers and recruiters was very confusing.

    Advice to Management

    Better training and development program.

I worked at Inceed full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people are great. You get every other Friday off.

    Cons

You work 8-6 but mostly have to work late. Slow growth within the company. Bad base and comp structure. There are lots of cliques and it becomes hostile very quick. There is no accountability for am's. The top ones run the whole company.

    Advice to Management

    Be more transparent

    Pros

They try to find you a job fast that fits you and your personality.

    Cons

Will not help find new Job opportunities until contract ends even if extended and can end any day.

    Advice to Management

If employee are looking for contract for hire. do your best to make that happen for the company. Usually a contractor will know more then hiring a new person.

    Pros

you get very other Friday off

    Cons

No accountability for account managers, they can do whatever they want without having to answer for any of their actions Treat consultants better than employees no career growth the office environment is unhealthy you are not working with the best and the brightest more concerned about the bottom line then growing employees professionally most account managers have never managed people and do not know how to manage people

    Advice to Management

treat employees better instead of calling people bad hires look at your current employees and do some management training
