    Pros

Incredible Dave's is a great building block opportunity for college age individuals to gain real world knowledge in the world of business.

    Cons

While working there, I learned that one must do something their self if they expect to get anything done. This was a good thing in regards to overall knowledge, but a pain when it comes to being really busy otherwise.

    Advice to Management

Upper management itself needs to become more organized and follow through with what they say needs to happen. Things shouldn't always roll down hill.

  3. I made money and made a lot of friends but the restaurant has too many managers.

    Pros

Incredible Daves has a great set up.People can eat, drink, & play games while knowing their children are safe. The menu is pretty traditional and reasonably priced for the portion you receive.

    Cons

One of the problems I ran into was that their were too many managers and they were not on the same page. One manager would say one thing and another would say the complete opposite 2 minutes later. I found management to be ill prepared for handling conflict with people of different nationalites. While the restaurant hires a variety of workers, management is 75% male & 100% caucasian. At times I couldn't get answers to questions reguarding my schedule or entree ingredients for food allergy interaction.

    Advice to Management

    1. treat all your employees the way you wanted to be treated before your promotion ...with respect. 2. every manager should have the same information to convey 3. preshift meetings should be for giving the serving staff the info they need....food/drink specials, changes to the menu, restaurant issues with a solution. 4. Please don't pass the buck...help your staff help your customers.
