    Pros

There are no pros to this company

    Cons

Management at Indecomm has no idea how to do their own job. They hire friends who have no experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with these people or work with any managers there again. Insurance/vision/dental is extremely expensive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a little more background check on your employees and managers, you might find they have absolutely no experience in what they are doing.
