Current Employee - Chief Engineer  in  Beirut (Lebanon)
Current Employee - Chief Engineer in Beirut (Lebanon)

    Pros

work stability, you can have a long career.
you can shift between different divisions in the group, in the country & abroad.

    Cons

salaries are among the lowest in the region. technical training is nonexistent.
    career progress is unclear.
communication with top management is one way, some of the decisions are taken without the opinion to the involved persons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

they should be more present on the "ground" & be aware of the employee needs. more attention is needed to the work environment.
