    For a honest,and hard working person,without interference of corrupt political leaders,the job was most satisfactory

    No advice to higher ranking management as all the IPS OFFICER WHO ARE COMING TO THE DEPARTMENT ARE ALSO JOINING THIS DEPARTMENT WITH PRECONCIEVED MIND THAT THIS VERY DEPARTMENT IS HONEST AND THEY ARE CONSIDERATE AND HUMAN,

    working for the department of post,most honest department in india,transparency in each and every,dealings,appointments,promotion,etc

    Like pvt firms,the files are not moving fast,dereliction of duty by the decision taking authority.

    Management to motivate the loyal,honest,hard working,doing the job fast and flawlessly,by giving special increments,at present all are getting the same salary ,whether they,work or not.

    The promotions are very few even is some one with caliber to go long way has to wait for long to move just forward

    The policy & rulings must be changed to get Chance to prove without age and service length bar to participate in promotion exams. The frequency of such exams also to be increased with no limit of appearing in exam.

    Pros

    In Manipur its hard to get Govt. jobs and corruption is there.But in India Post I got by merit without any corruption.

    Cons

    The work is heavy so there is no time to study for those who have not completed their studies.For those who have done masters degree the clerk rank is not satisfying.
