I worked at Indian Army (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The best ever Organization one can be associated with. The sweet memories of different tenures in Army lingers on the mind till you fade away. The most dignified, respected, financially well off, adventurous & challenging profession which grooms you from raw cadet to one of the most professionals with all round development. The organization helps you to broaden your horizon by allowing to undergo various Army courses , post graduations in respective fields & MBA.

    Cons

Since last 4 - 5 decades, since there has been no war, the people and the political leadership seems to forget the hardships the Army personnel go through and thus the importance of Army is gradually diminishing. They are remembered only during disaster management, terrorist attacks within the country.

    Advice to Management

Stand strong and tall to protect the image of the great organization.
