    Pros

    You get the liberty of interacting with great minds around you. Most of the students are very helpful. As faculty, there are a number of perks in terms of recreational activities.

    Cons

    Lots of bureaucracy. They have rules for everything, and dealing with the clerks can sometime be a pain.

    Let go of the bureaucracy and provide make things easier for staff.

    Pros

    Nice facilities and good faculties also one can get a chance to interact with students from different parts of the country and the world.Course curriculum is updated regularly and at par with current industry requirements,also good record of campus placements

    Cons

    One has to handle tremendous pressure regarding quizzes and assignment submission sometimes one may feel very tough to keep up with the well paced academics

    Decent faculty
    Good enough mess compared to other colleges in India.
    Close to Mumbai so anything you want that you can't get on campus you can fetch from there.
    All-round personality development mostly due to great facilities and provisions for extra-curricular activities.
    Mood-I.

    Cons

    Some subjects aren't required in the curriculum.
    Too many students taught by 1 professor reduces one-on-one interaction and hence teaching is affected.

    Hire more professors. And possibly, give better food.
