    Pros

    customer service is interwoven in the culture
    passion for staff welfare
    scope for vertical mobility
    room for innovation
    perks are comparable

    Cons

    adequate staff
    lack of proper manpower planning n successionplan
    adhocism in promotion
    no standard policies in key areas
    facilities to staff are a lot to be improved

    please stop unmindful and unhealthy expansion by opening new branches without
    proper infrastructure n staff

    Good people to work with,the exposure in terms of project if you are in big branch is very good

    Cons

    Working hour is not fixed and People tend to confuse working late with more work contribution .it affects the work life balance and value is sometimes determined by your time presence in office than quality of work
