Current Employee – been working at Indian Statistical Institute as a contractor for more than 3 years

Prosgood education, knowledge and research culture is a plus point of the institute.

Consthe management treat the contractual employers as "use and throw" items. they dont have the respect to treat them as a part of their team.

Advice to Senior Managementplease do something for us so that we can feel more securer and create an alternate pathway to regularise the contractuals.
