    Pros

Excellent follow through in all information request as well as follow up to assure that all questions have been addressed and all information was useful. Very competitive pay and strong benefit package.

    Cons

Company will not discuss Permanent Contract options on contracts until 6 months have been completed... major point of frustration if you only have a 6 month contract.

    Advice to Management

Please continue your excellent communications and follow through / follow up and consider entertaining Permanent Contract options after 90 days.

    Pros

Pay is good and on time. Benefits were good.

    Cons

No vacations or time offs. Management has absolutely no leadership not maturity. Does not think out of the box. Not an employee oriented company despite all their revenue based on employee contributions.

    Advice to Management

Take a serious look at your leaders. Some need to go. Some need better training. Recognize and respect your people.

    Pros

Lot of scope to learn and try new things. Join them if you have less experience and you'll get a good exposure of how things work out there in the market

    Cons

Very high internal politics. No hikes. very less client interactions. I felt religion played a major role in professional growth.

    Advice to Management

There should be one point of contact instead of a TL, account manager, RM. Recruiters often gets confused on who actually they have to report to .
