Reporting managers rarely contacted employees unless an issue with billable hours

Build stronger relationships with employees.
Essential to keep employee morale up especially for those on customer locations

Pay is good and on time. Benefits were good.

Cons

No vacations or time offs. Management has absolutely no leadership not maturity. Does not think out of the box. Not an employee oriented company despite all their revenue based on employee contributions.

Take a serious look at your leaders. Some need to go. Some need better training. Recognize and respect your people.
