    Pros

At the beginning I had a great boss who kept me busy with new things and even though I had to push through a lot by myself, at least I had the chance to do that and I explored what I liked. I was kinda thrown in water (here's a regular assignment, go and do it without any further instructions what should I do from the business point of view) but with the clear possibility to go and ask my boss about anything.

    Cons

Not much of a work culture - last team building has taken place two years before I joined the company. After my team leader and his boss left, it went south - no backing up from the management and such. Your experience really depends on which team you land in.

    Advice to Management

Pick the team leaders more carefully and not only as a sort of a reward for being long with the company. Not everyone has it in himself/herself to lead and motivate people.

    Pros

You can be exposed to many projects and people. Which is suppose to be good for your carrer. Salaries used to be okay for Spain.

    Cons

Everything. People in charge are not talented. People don't respect you. Many things happening in the company are fishy.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to be a manager.

I worked at Indra full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you and your family like to travel and spend months or years in attractive locations, this company is very good for it. During my 17 years career in the company I had worked on projects in 7 different countries spending at least one year in each of them. That was a life changing experience for me and my family.

    Cons

Salary increases during the last 7-8 years practically do not existed (only 15% during the whole period). Poor middle management.

  8. Helpful (3)

Salary raises non-existent, to do a professional carrer it's impossible here.

I have been working at Indra full-time

    Pros

Perfect if you want to work 40hours/week and that's all.

    Cons

The salary you enter with is what your going to have for years to come. Raises are almost non-existent (with or without global crisis). The professional carreer not exists.Difficult to change projects and find an interesting one to work in.

    Advice to Management

Continuous changes in business estartegy, based on the reduction of employee costs, but never in product quality.
