    Management Consultant

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsLots of responsibility early, high level of client visibility, extremely meritocratic. Some senior leaders were excellent.

ConsVery little concern for employee morale; some policies (like expense reimbursement) were absurdly anti-employee, but no one in management cared. The hours were absolutely miserable - the only way Inductis could compete with top-tier consulting firms was by staffing fewer people on projects and charging less for the same quality of output, which meant that going home before 8pm was a luxury and all-nighters happened every few weeks.

Advice to Senior ManagementShow more concern for your employees.
