Pros – Reasons, which made me work here for 3 years are:
• Good work culture
• Supportive seniors
• Flexi-timing
• Unbiased recognition
Cons – Aspects, absence of which could have made Indus Net perfect, are:
• 2 working Saturdays on a month
• Frequent team changes
• Low project incentive
Advice to Senior Management – It would be good if management continues to operate with the new HR policies.

I have been working at Indus Net Technologies full-time for less than a year
Pros – To me some of the best reasons to work here will be a open and friendly work culture, flexible working options which includes allowing to work from home as well, good manager( at least I have one) and learning opportunities.
Cons – I think the pay band for the entry level guys like us should be increased. May be some other benefits like mediclaim etc. can be introduced.
Advice to Senior Management – I am hopeful now that we have some senior HR person taking over we will be able to see some more developments within the company which will benefit the employees.

I have been working at Indus Net Technologies full-time for more than a year
Pros – One of the best reasons to work for this company would be the cool and casual environment where seniors are quite helpful. The working hours are flexible and there isn't much interference from the management as long as you meet your responsibilities. I like the young talented workforce and also the fun that we have in office.
Cons – I don't like working on the alternative Saturdays as we hardly have anything to do because the clients are off on those days. That apart there isn't much to complain.
Advice to Senior Management – I am happy with the current developments in the company with respect to introducing good HR practices. I would request you to continue with these activities and also introduce some more employee benefits.

Cons – Low project incentive, limited bonus amount

Pros – I can think of some very good reasons to work for Indus Net:
1. Open and Friendly work environment
2. Politics-free workplace
3. Flexible Working Hours
4. Helpful and knowledgeable seniors
5. Young and talented work force
6. Work-Life Balance
I have been here now for 4+ years and I must say that I thoroughly enjoy working here. Yes, there are some drawbacks of this company but which place doesn't have it. If you can ignore those this is a great place to work.
Cons – On the flip-side I think the company can focus on the following areas to make it a better place to work:
1. Better Compensations & Benefits- After all that's what we are working for.
2. Remove Two Working Saturdays-Can be removed as we have almost no work.
3. Performance Appraisal Cycle-May be a fixed performance appraisal cycle like financial year-end.
Advice to Senior Management – I am quite hopeful that with structuring and introducing of the HR policies the company is doing the absolutely right thing. I would request that please continue with this en devour and we can be right there among the top companies!

Pros – Indus Net Technologies provides challenging career opportunities. They conduct regular training programs.
Cons – Though till date I haven't come across any such issue but it would be great if we are provided with more benefits.
Advice to Senior Management – HR Department can carry on keeping us updated about company's diverse verticals.

Advice to Senior Management – It is a good thing that slowly and steadily HR policies are being implemented. Please don't loose this momentum. This company has all the ingredients to be a great place to work.

Pros – I have been working here for 3 years now and this is my first company. If you are in Kolkata and want to aspire a career in PHP then this is a great place to be in. The workforce is talented. The seniors are very helpful. The company allows flexible working hours and work@home options. Overall performance is recognized and rewarded. The work environment is open and relatively politics free.
Cons – On the flip side may be the two working Saturdays a month can be done away with. Also the entry level compensation is low and you can get a good hike only after spending few years with the company. This can be perhaps increased a bit more to make more competitive.
Advice to Senior Management – Please carry on with the recent HR initiatives that have been introduced in the company. Also perhaps the performance appraisal can be made a bit more structured.

Pros – As a writer we get the opportunity to work on a number of projects that help in expanding our writing skill. We get training to meet up with the current trends. The seniors are very cooperative and the working environment is really good.
Cons – Nothing as such that I have come across yet
Advice to Senior Management – If compensation and benefits can be enhanced

Pros – The company has several positive factors that would keep an employee-friendly working environment,politics-free,work-life balance,talented workforce and flat organization structure. People sometime think that grass is always greener on the other side but an employees who have experienced working in large MNCs know that its not always true. This company has all the ingredients to be a great place to work.
Cons – On the flip side may be some more focus on employee engagement, training and development and a structured appraisal system is required. But with the appointment of a senior HR personnel things are looking to be brighter.
Advice to Senior Management – A bit more effort to share the vision and mission of the company so that the employees can also feel aligned with the goals of the company. Also introducing some more employee benefits and policies may help in retaining the talents.
