variable worktime, autonomy, company credibility and good remunation and bonuses for every job related to sales.

Cons

Lack of recognition for the work done, that is not directly related to sales! When Head Office come down, they do not respect our engagement, and there almost never on time( big waist of time for the company, and implied) . No financial support for deplacement for office worker.

Advice to Senior Management

Be on time when you schedule something. Do what you said you were going to do(respect), stop selling dreams that are not feasable! Explain everything, no gimmick or non-say. Recognize the work, and over work done, in every field. Pay the wright price for a performing employee. Don't make it so hard to be listened, and take a little time to look at things differently sometimes . Think a little more humanly. Recognize the relation between the company growth, and the people who made it happen. Put a little love , sincere love in your daily task, and...smile ! Life is good, so,...smile!
