    Pros

Good pay .I was at a very clean environment with people that wanted to work together for a common goal.

    Cons

The jobs are starting to be bid for a lower price with less people and the jobs always get moved up

  3. Too much back stabbing and favoritism here.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Industrial Electric Service full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They have work sometimes everywhere. A lot at a clean work site. The pay is good if you can only put up with all of the nonsense.

    Cons

Too much favoritism. It's who is buddy buddy with the foreman. Being at work every day & on time, follow the rules, work to your best is not enough here. They seem to always lay off some good people & keep the trouble. Go figure...I have been trying to figure them out for years. They seem to lay off the older and or heavy set people I guess because that they just assume that they cant do the work...Very poor thinking on their part. Way to much back stabbing goes on here.

    Advice to Management

Keep your eyes on your foreman's....They have been the ones ripping you off of time & materials 10X more than the common worker has. Unhappy & unappreciated workers will fail you every time, flip the coin over and see what you get (hint).
