“Typical consultancy company”
I worked at Inek Technologies
Pros – Management generally supports their consultants in terms of training or financially when they need it.
They have relatively strong network / connections in JAVA projects.
They accommodate their consultants while training.
Cons – They have very poor network / connections with SAP projects. Almost none.
They are also poor in training organization for SAP.
Advice to Senior Management – I'd suggest the management simply give up on recruiting SAP consultants and invest on them, unless they improve their connections /network with SAP projects/ implementations.
