    Pros

Old fashioned 70's atmosphere but great benefits. They really try to retain their employees and consultants. Major SAP environment and opportunities to go overseas for training. Even in a lay-off situation they try to place their employees in various positions. They have a Union that represents and fights for their employees. There is a Company picnic every summer, and opportunities to move up.

    Cons

Nothing bad at all but can you add some interior design to the building.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing it's all good!

    Pros

    Stable work enviroment. Decent benefits

    Cons

Lacks leadership and accountability. Slow pace, lacks diversity and inclusiveness. Culture is a disaster. Lacks credibility and accountability from senior management. Don’t lead with an example. Primarily male dominated culture only promotes homogeneous groups and Yes people. Company also lacks strategic intent and does not have a proper commercial vision due to the lack in diversity of thought and quality of professionals.

    Advice to Management

They should all be change as they are not an effective team starting with the CEO. The CLT is an homogeneous group that lacks diversity and only promotes what is similar to them to they promote to the same leve of mediocracy. Company also promotes bullying and is a very discrminatory enviroment where inclusiveness and diversity is not valued.

    Pros

Infineum is an excellent training ground. You can learn a lot in a short amount of time. There are frequent and detailed exchanges of information within the company. High quality people and a high degree of expertise and competence are for the most part present. People are willing to help you out.

    Cons

Management offers the appearance of a career ladder but not the reality. Many people move on after four or five years when it becomes obvious that nothing is ever going to happen. Open resourcing is not really open. All the high level non-supervisor positions are filled by former managers. There is entirely too much paperwork and bureaucracy. Pay increases have been slowing down since the formation of the joint venture. Safety consciousness is often pushed beyond the brink of common sense.

    Pros

Office culture is nice and company makes money so no haggling getting lot of things approved. Good bonuses and stable company.

    Cons

Sometimes, getting ahead in this company is difficult and it all depends on the management. Not much career path..

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing since the company is growing so something is being done right...

    Pros

Company treats employees well. Benefits are excellent. Ethical organization that is stable but risk adverse. Considerable autonomy in role as assigned, and excellent work-life balance. Able to work from home in certain situations.

    Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement: people tend to stay in their roles for years at a time (even if they have outgrown them). Company does not value employees who are not chemical engineers as highly or promote them as quickly....even if the role in question does not require a chemical engineer.

    Pros

    Cons

Poor work/life balance, focused more on customer and profit and not much on own employees, only 1 location in US

    Pros

Amazing benefits, good chance to move up, many unionized positions with the potential to make 40K per year in overtime.

    Cons

shift work 12 HOURS a day (some union positions),

    Advice to Management

    spend more money on infrastructure

    Pros

Great salary and benefits, strong safety culture. Abiltiy to occasionally work from home for some jobs. Some leaders are so good you feel you would work for nothing (Sadly, this is the exception).

    Cons

No career path for anyone with out Engineering Degree or PhD and many of them are not qualified to be "leaders" no matter how much training you give them.

    Advice to Management

The career path brings unqualified people into new positions just long enough for them to mess things up, then sends them on to the next group to destroy morale.
