I have been working at Infinite Energy full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Health benefits are really great.

    Cons

Do not expect a promotion unless in their words "you have to put yourself out there and start talking and befriending people" What??? I thought you received promotions due to your productivity and accomplishments. Management will not stand behind you at all and customers are always right. Lots of CONSPIRACIES when it comes to promotions. One guy in my department (Sales) told me about 6 months before he was promoted that he already had the job but yet they still interviewed for the position and let plenty of people astray

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop playing games here and practice what you preach. Too many of you all are friends.

I worked at Infinite Energy full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Decent culture.. They understand family demands outside of the workplace. Upper management was friendly towards new employees. Decent location in Marietta to travel to and from on a daily basis.

    Cons

You have to generate your own leads.. If you do not meet their sales quota after a month or two.. You are fired. They do not respect sales cycle of highs and lows especially since selling natural gas is difficult.. Very low pay.. bonus is non existent.. vacation days are hard to come by..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No idea what they should do..

I have been working at Infinite Energy part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Culture, experience, projects, events are great. As an intern, it gives you a great exposure to corporate environment.

    Cons

Sometimes interns are not given enough training after they joi. But if they are pro-active, it is a very good place to start your career.

I have been working at Infinite Energy full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Lot's of YouTube and leisure time. Culture is extremely laid back. There is an onsite gym with shower. The gym is very well equipped and comparable to a Planet Fitness in regards to equipment variety, quality, and free-weights. There's even dedicated "wellness coordinator."

    Cons

Compensation and PTO is poor. It's very difficult to break the status quo with new ideas, products, self-initiatives, etc.

I have been working at Infinite Energy as an intern

    Pros

I was a part time intern here.
Flexible hours, Opportunity to learn new things. I like the company culture too

    Cons

I do not find any cons as of now. May be the pay is not that great... but they reimburse the money you paid for internship credits.
