    Great place to work.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat people, great benefits, great location, lots of opportunities to learn and grow your skill set.

ConsPay is below industry standard in the area. Long-time employees are often passed over for promotions that are a natural progression in their career path in favor of people hired from outside the company with more 'credentials'. Management shows favoritism.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake salaries more competitive and respect your long-time employees.

ProsGreat job for college students and for those with no experience

ConsThey will not increase your pay rate once you graduate. The supervisors show favoritism when trying to advance or get promoted.

    Review of Infinity

    Property Adjuster (Former Employee)
    Cerritos, CA

    ProsGood benefits package. Flexible schedule.

ConsUnreasonable claim volume. Upper management is disconnected as to realistic goals. Adjusters are forced to game system to meet unrealistic goals. High stress. Low appreciation. Poor work life balance.

    Okay..

    Claims Adjuster (Current Employee)

ProsDecent pay, good facilities, decent benefits for today..

ConsJob itself is for a certain type of person.. Constantly being criticized by customers, attorneys, bodyshop owners, claimants for insurance policies that are out of your control. Work is closely monitored. Little freedom to make your own decisions.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement is fine. It's just the job.

Most unprofessional company I have ever worked for

    Sales Agent (Current Employee)
    Tucson, AZ

ProsA desk, AC, and a break room.

ConsFirst day on the job, we sat on a table with no paper work, nobody to introduce us to anyone. It took 4 hours for us to fill out basic HR stuff. Company runs on very prehistoric systems. Client base if very hard to sell to. Management is unproffessional and not ideal. Non motivating and apparently there is no sales coaching like most sales jobs. They just give you a computer and hope you figure it out the right way without having to make a mistake. No real training, horrible pay, and terrible call experience. The schedule starts noon and ends by 8-9 pm. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for employment.

Advice to Senior ManagementTraining employees is the best way to get the most out of them. Dont be upset wheb mistakes are made, because it falls back on you and the foundation you set.

The worst company I ever worked for.

    Claims Adjuster (Former Employee)
    Tampa, FL

    ProsCompany vehicle. Average employee benefits.

ConsTerrible pay. Zero work/life balance. Extremely high turnover rate which leaves "long term" employees struggling with an overload of work When I say "high turnover rate" I mean groups of people walking out in one day of over the course of a few weeks without giving notice. No training at all. Management was verbally abusive to employees.

    Good company, Terrible Management

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Sunrise, FL

ProsExcellent benefits, company car, flexible schedule, employee/co-workers are awesome

ConsWorkload, unrealistic expectations, Management does not help you, Management throws you under the bus in order to keep their job, over investigate claims too much, promotions always promise but never given

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of Eunice and management needs to help employees instead of baggering them with memos and disgusting emails
