Pros – - If you're a smart/talented person, there is plenty of opportunity for advancement (technical and managerial).
 - You can make an impact on everything from application architecture to influencing management decisions.
 - Very competitive benefits.
 - Good work/life balance.
 - Good company culture.
 - They care about their people.

Cons – - A non-competition agreement that is very restrictive and enforced, so be sure you're ready to sign.
 - No overtime pay/bonuses.
 - There are some dolts in management, but show me a company where there isn't at least one.

Pros – colleagues are always helpful and make you comfortable in the working environment

Cons – no facility to cool off from work.

Advice to Senior Management – Please have some sort of facility so that people can take some break from work and relax

Pros – This is a very stable company and helps employees to grow by providing resources such as books to grow.

Cons – The salary part is not encouraging though it can be compensated by stability. Got to sign non compete agreement when joining.

Advice to Senior Management – Give more importance to employees than management. Send employees to training that will help the employees to grow in career.
