    Pros

Great company to start your career (or continue it), with multiple opportunities for growth. I see big things in their future based on their successes so far. Terrific camaraderie among current employees and effective leadership in upper management. The recipe for a perfect business!

    Cons

Throughout my time at InfoObjects, I was very hard pressed to find any "cons" about working there. A successful employee is a happy employee, and I cherished my time working alongside such great people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great work! Learned a lot from my superiors about how a business is run successfully. Would not trade that experience for anything!

    Pros

I really enjoy working at Infoobjects! Infoobjects is a very professional company which is flexible with your personal schedule. There are definitely opportunities to grow in this company, and move up! Rishi definitely gave me a great opportunity when I was hired here to learn and work in a corporate company. InfoObjects offers once a month Hadoop training for people who want to improve their knowledge on Big Data. I recommend working for this company!

    Cons

I cant think of many cons. I would love more work though! I've never heard any one who works for a company and wants more work than they already have :]

    Pros

I think these guys try hard to make more money for themselves while not spending any time on employee development. I am surprised such companies exist in US as they do not have the calibre or the ability to provide any training. They have made money by taking advantage of clients.

    Cons

All the reviews here are planted. I would recommend not to work with these guys. I have dealt with them for many years and surprised at all the positive reviews. They do not share any information with people, company and clients. They rely of a few and do a terrible job overall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help your employees, clients and be a better employer. Think from their and your clients perspective.

I have been working at InfoObjects as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Free training. Not very useful, but who cares if its free ;)

    Cons

Like others here have mentioned, they make you fake your resume. I recently enrolled in their big data training, and once I was done, I was told they are going to put my years of experience in big data as 6. I am like WHAT. I have never worked on big data. They started telling me all sorts of stories about how their other consultants have done it in the past, and how they managed to survive. And beat this, they tell me my pay is going to be 70k/year. I mean seriously, 70k? Its not a job at Mc Donald's Rishi. If you want people to join Info Objects, you better pay them well. If you go around bragging about your company being the best companies to work for, that ain't enough. Clearly no one can be happy with 70k when they work so hard in their jobs. They make the company, so you better take care of them!

I have been working at InfoObjects full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been working at InfoObjects from last 3 years. What amazed me most is the way company has transitioned from a regular consulting company to a big player in big data market. They always were different and had huge technology expertise but the big data movement has catapulted them into a different zone.
I am glad to be mentored into Big Data by company CEO and CTO (how many companies have C level executives who are technical experts as well).
    I love InfoObjects.

    Cons

can't think of any bad points. Best company to work for.

    Pros

InfoObjects helped me jump start my career in Big Data. I took their two week training in Hadoop and they found me a project within a week.
One benefit of being Infoobjects employee is that you get access to all the training programs (which are world class) for free

    Cons

Can't think of bad things. Look forward to a long association with the company. Wish them all success.

I have been working at InfoObjects as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

InfoObjects is not like your run of the mill IT consulting companies. In my 5 years with the company, I have not faced any payment issues unlike other IT Cos.

They work very closely with the consultants/contractors and make sure of sustained career growth.

Their training programs are the best around.

Senior Management is always approachable even though the company has grown manifold over the years.

    Cons

More company events/picnics/get togethers are desirable :)

Not much else to crib about..
