Infor Global Reviews
-
Pros
It is large enough to compete with SAP and Oracle and also has a complete stretch of solutions ranging from ERPs, EAM, SCM, CRM etc
Cons
Management doesn't know what are the crown jewels of Infor like SCM and doesn't know how to compete well with SAP, Oracle and other best of breed solution providers.
Poor strategy and execution in Asia Pacific, did poorly and worse than SSAGlobal.
Too many bosses for each employee, poor organizational structureAdvice to Senior Management
Think strategically of what Infor Global strengths and weakness
Hire the right people and deliver the right strategy and vision for the company
Have the right org structure and knows how to compete with SAP, Oracle and other best of breed solution providers. -
