Quickly decide on products that will be focused on and spin out those that are not key focus.

Cons
In order to make the commissioni--they say you must pass a certain amount of Qualified Leads--when in reality--these leads must be further qualified by the field sales team. They sometimes drop the ball--meaning your commission is really out of your hands.
It is a new dept. in St. Paul & has been kind of a mess--mgmt seems to have too much on their plate.
Not the opportunity I was lead to believe it would be.
Average day--make at LEAST 60 calls w/ 2 hours of talk time.
Pros
Good people to work with. Friendly fun folks.
Cons
High turnover. Work you very hard.
Advice to Senior Management
Take some rational steps to make well informed decisions instead of flavor of the monthing it!
