    Pros

There are no good things that I remember and that I can share here

    Cons

You will be bossed around by your manager who knows only functional knowledge and has become a manager.

    Advice to Management

Get out of executive positions and start doing some development.

    Pros

The company is filled with amazing talent but their efforts are wasted due to the lack of direction and bad decision making of the executives.

    Cons

No 401K matching. No merit increases for the last three years. Lack of opportunities for advancement. Unrealistic expectations set by the management.

    Advice to Management

Consider the technology and people's expertise before making drastic decisions. You have already failed once and once again you are headed in the same direction.
