Pros
I have been with the Company for close to 10 years - In that time, my role has grown from a Manager, with limited responsibility, to a global role. The company offers great opportunities and growth. There is a high degree of trust and autonomy. People are friendly and really want to help others achieve!
Cons
This is a high-growth environment and people need to recognise that there are downsides to that in terms of the commitment required!
Advice to Senior Management
As we continue on our succesful path, its really important that senior execs continue to get out and about to see the troops and genuinely recognise the enormous commitment that has been made!
Pros
Great Products. No limit to learning. Flexible work hours. Many opportunities for horizontal growth. Excellent benefits.
Cons
Teams spread across the globe make it tough to manage work life balance.
Pros
Relatively flat structure, open doors and lots of opportunity.
Small enough for individuals to be able to contribute and have access and exposure to senior management
Big enough to be a major player in the market
Cons
Usual problem of a US-owned company in that it sometimes forgets that not all markets are the same as the US.
Advice to Senior Management
Allow EMEA the resources it needs - and deserves given our contribution to the company - to be able to work on a par with the rest of the organisation.
eg why is HR/Recruitment so under-resourced in EMEA???
Pros
Fast paced, casual and collaborative environment
Cons
A bit lacking in the best use of today's IT best practices.
Pros
Good benefits package
When the stock is doing well the ESPP is a cash cow
Cons
They acquire companies to be able to check boxes on RFPs, they don't actually care about the company or product being acquired. The teams are left to sink or swim, and the latter seems to be encouraged. Then the jobs are moved to India.
Advice to Senior Management
Encourage a team environment with your acquisitions- treat them as equals instead of second-class citizens with the RWC and India teams.
Pros
We have great products and for a change it's great to work for a very successful company. We have a lot of free decision realm, and it doesn't get boring. Coworkers and management have a good relationship.
Cons
Sometimes I feel that I don't get enough training myself. And I am not satisfied with our course material. On top I would like to have more QA in our team.
Pros
Too many reasons to list: Sr. Management; Support for innovation; Successful company; Extraordinary workforce; Truly global; Customer focus; Fair treatment
Cons
You need to know how to handle the autonomy and trust you will be given. If you like to be told what to do - you might want to work at Oracle. You also need to know how to manage your time - if you want to, we'll let you work 60 hours/week. If you don't want to, you manage expectations and stick to your guns and you won't. You might also find that it's hard to find things to complain about - we all like to have a gripe, but you really have to dig to find one here. : )
Advice to Senior Management
Your respect for your employees and your ability to choose other strong leaders makes you exceptional. Do more of what you are doing.

* Stable senior management team
* Logical acquisition strategy and strong financial position to continue making acquisitions
* Flexibility in where and when work is performed
* Generous compensation package and bonuses
Cons

Advice to Senior Management
Leadership means identifying a clear goal, putting the organizational structure in place to achieve that goal, staffing that organization with confident and competent people, and executing on that goal, task by task. Don't solicit ideas for improvement and then "go dark." Follow through on your commitments to your team. There's a lot of untapped talent in your organization. Clear the dead wood, and you'll find it.
Pros

Cons
Unrealistic quotas
Not all SC's carried their weight
Sales Mgmt
