    Pros

Exposure to multiple technologies within short span of time.
Facility at Nagpur provides pros associated with living in Nagpur.

    Cons

You are switched too often across technologies with pressures to get the work done so that prospective clients are impressed.

    Advice to Management

In my humble opinion, the company should channelize its energies towards providing a quality product to the existing customers. A lesser share of energies should be allocated for opening newer accounts. Also, fulfilling or exceeding existing client's expectations should take priority. No clients to be wooed by showcasing false availability or capability or skills of resources.

Probably, the existing accounts themselves will reap rewards for you if their expectations are met/exceeded.

A stricter control over the entire work force is also required. Wishing all the very best for the growth of IIPL.
