Pros – Good learning, job safety, top management wants to follow the principles but middle management does not follow the principles laid by the top management.
Cons – need to have good contacts with seniors to get promotions, hike, good ratings. Performance appraisal mechanism is very subjective and hence is used by the managers to promote the candidate they want. Very less projects compared to other similar companies.
Advice to Senior Management – Get projects at all cost!
