Pros
Good Facilities, Good Brand, talent does exist but its not utilized.
Cons
They hire horses to do donkey's work. I was a consultant, but never did any consulting work. All my work was Business Development.
Age in the company decides everything.Talent and expertise is immaterial as long as you are old in the company.
Very Bureaucratic company. Bosses are like the old timer bosses - pamper me else I will cause u harm.
Very slow in business actions. An employee identifies an opportunity for a client to cut costs drastically and improve automation, but in Infosys it takes 5 months to even try to take the idea to the client.
Earned leaves are worthless - if there is business, to hell with your earned leaves.
Systems are everything.
