Cons – after training had to be on probation for another one year, less hike, few projects where you can learn and explore more

Pros – for a fresher and non IT people its good to start in Infy as they provide good training for the initial days which will help you to build up the base .

Cons – You wont get much opportunity to work on product development as Infy apart from finacle is not much into product development.
