Infosys has built good campus along with proper facilities like food which make the environment cheerful. Fresh recruitment is also an add-on.

There are lot of annoying policies in Infosys which make the work culture intolerable. Policies need to be employee friendly.

Think different. Time is not always the same. With changing time, company has to change the way of doing businees.

A lateral switching of roles can provide better learning and can equip the employees with the knowledge to handle any situation.
The role of HRs should also be modified to connect it more to the employees.

the best benefits, a very competitive salary, a good brand name which would help for a healthy hop on later.

poor career growth within the company, no clear job descriptions and therefore not much specialization, bradbanding has made promotions even slower. it has increased flexibility though which would benefit only the company not the employees.

please be way more empathetic. stop delivering heavy statements to the media about how concerned you are about the employees. rather change the definition of wellness. wellbeing of employees is not in their complacency its in their growth.

Good work culture, Good training, Best facilities like Gym, swimming pool, sports ground, pool ans snooker tables etc, good transport facility.

daily calls, we need to maintain average working hours, very few leaves, very less compensation provided by the company, work not recognized by the manager
