    Pros

The best reason to work here is the office culture. And also for fresher's the training, which is the best in India.

    Cons

The only challenge of working here is the average working hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove the average working hours concept.

I have been working at Infosys

    Pros

Infosys is a very good company once you get a good project to work for. The training opportunities are immense and the learning environment is appreciable.

    Cons

There are hardly any salary increments in the company. The band system in the company is skewed , due to which employees often do not get then bands they deserve.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the number of promotions per year or keep the promotions fixed after a particular period of time. The company should take cue from the system followed by Tata Consultancy Services regarding this.
