I worked at Infosys full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not too much, can't think of anything

    Cons

Management was dishonest. For example, I asked for day before Xmas and New Years off. My manager told client I changed my mind and only wanted day before Xmas off. 50% of employees are from India and don't speak English well, it's difficult to understand them. It's a large company, if you have a problem you have to enter it into their UI and that takes a long time to get a response

    Pros

Medium growth company, which make good contributions to society around it. A job creation mechanism in some of the poorer areas of the world.

    Cons

Will lose out to competition consistently due to poor management. In several revenue growth areas, it is already a third tier player amongst its Indian competitors.

Executive management from outside the company is necessary to resurrect
