I have been working at Infosys full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Process oriented company. Always give required resources to work with. Both human resources and computer resources. Everything is planned and goes per plan. Good start up company. A person who leaves Infosys will surely feel bad after joining any other company.

    Cons

Depends upon your manager. Sometimes strict process will make us feel why the hell this much processes to be followed. But for such a big company this is how things should work.

I worked at Infosys (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good for Fresher/Trainee. And Infosys can be a good starting company.
Or the first big break in the IT world. But wouldn't recommend to stay in the company for long.

    Cons

    Very Bad Employee Policies,
Bad salary packages for experienced resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to take care of the employee needs(such as Transfers/Onsites/Salary Revisions/Promotions), they will be more than willing to work towards the company goal(lesser attrition rate/better customer satissfaction etc)

I have been working at Infosys full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Dealing with clients of varied backgrounds, and industries. Developing relationships with team members, while working with clients.

    Cons

The internal business relationships are all over the map. In the past four years I have reported to seven different managers. Good ideas, that are client driven, are given zero credibility within senior management. The company would rather give up business, than embark on a new venture...even if the client is willing to pay for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out in the field and hear what your employees have to say.
