Pros
Work Environment is good and conducive.
Cons
Low Incentives and Restricted Career Growth
Advice to Senior Management
Increase Incentives
Pros
It is huge place full of people, so you may easily get sheltered in the crowd, and can continue easy going life, with no one noticing you.
Cons
Being a huge sea of people, you'll have to toil so hard and so long to get noticed, that it becomes a daunting task.
Then also, due to frequent changes happening at senior mgmt level, you quite often loose your mentor and have to start afresh.
Senior Mgmt is wary of taking risk and same is now in the DNA of the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Please show some speed and agility.
The world is calling, the laggers are gaining and you still have your inertia.
Pros
Good and easy work life balance. Onsite opportunities are good but depends on your luck. No strict office timings.
Cons
Very less salary growth. Laterals will be paid good. Some projects are very boring and has no challenging work. Some policies are not good.
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing much. Transparency should be there at least up to some extent from higher level to lower level. Salary revision should happen in a better way.

Infosys is fading out after the management change , you can see this very clearly

Advice to Senior Management
Try to increase the salary and reduce the count of employees.
Pros
Infosys has built good campus along with proper facilities like food which make the environment cheerful. Fresh recruitment is also an add-on.
Cons
There are lot of annoying policies in Infosys which make the work culture intolerable. Policies need to be employee friendly.
Advice to Senior Management
