ProsHas different types of projects ; flexible in what you want. U can shift projects ; move to new places.

ConsDoes not believe that good employees make a difference ; tries to treat every one in the same way no matter what the skill level is.
Although we have a rating system ; no significant gains to a top employee by that system

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to identify your out performing employees and make them feel they are in the right place

Good place if you want to go for higher studies

ProsIf on bench, you'll get lot of time to study for higher education.

ConsNo proper distribution of work. You might be overloaded and other person in your cubicle might be on bench.
Promotions and salary hike ...only if you are lucky!!

No Hikes, Lot of Politics and lot of overtime

Pros1. Flexible timings
2. Nice campuses

Cons1. Lot of office politics
2. No hikes
3. Transfer is very difficult
4. No employee opinion in choosing the type of work.
5. 9.15 hours even for bench employees.
6. Very less leaves.
7. Training provided by infosys is not at all used during the work in production environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive HRs some power so that they can retain employees.
Try to be more employee friendly.
Treat employees as assets not as pets.
Try to take opinion from employees if they are interested in the work that you are giving to them.
