Pros – Amazing training program for someone new to the field of IT.

Cons – Growth and job satisfaction can be limited.

Pros – They have really good benefits and my experience with them has been really great since I am just starting out my career. The senior management has a wonderful open door policy and they are always ready to help you grow.

Cons – I understand how the business is been run as a whole.

Pros – Has different types of projects ; flexible in what you want. U can shift projects ; move to new places.

Cons – Does not believe that good employees make a difference ; tries to treat every one in the same way no matter what the skill level is.
Although we have a rating system ; no significant gains to a top employee by that system

Advice to Senior Management – Try to identify your out performing employees and make them feel they are in the right place

Pros – If on bench, you'll get lot of time to study for higher education.

Cons – No proper distribution of work. You might be overloaded and other person in your cubicle might be on bench.
Promotions and salary hike ...only if you are lucky!!

Cons – not much flexible at company level, unless you manager handles at his/ her level

Pros – A good work environment . If you are looking for a steady job, not too many challenges this is the place to go.

Cons – Growth is stinted, if any. too many changes in technology. You spend time learning different technology instead of learning more in one field.

2. Nice campuses

Cons – 1. Lot of office politics
2. No hikes
3. Transfer is very difficult
4. No employee opinion in choosing the type of work.
5. 9.15 hours even for bench employees.
6. Very less leaves.
7. Training provided by infosys is not at all used during the work in production environment.

Advice to Senior Management – Give HRs some power so that they can retain employees.
Try to be more employee friendly.
Treat employees as assets not as pets.
Try to take opinion from employees if they are interested in the work that you are giving to them.

Pros – High level standards in the company it really makes

Cons – they are very strict some time it really sucks as well as for freshers there is no respect in management
