Pros
Best training system when compared to all the other companies, good work environment, emphasis on learning, customer satisfaction and fairness.
Cons
Posting locations of trainees are random , must be based on regionality and preference. Recognition of performance and effeciency is late.

Good job being done. Keep up the good work. Maintain the world class training facility which feeds abundant skilled employees to the company.

A lateral switching of roles can provide better learning and can equip the employees with the knowledge to handle any situation.
The role of HRs should also be modified to connect it more to the employees.
