Advice to Senior Management
Don't include bonus/variable pay in the overall gross salary that you communicate to new hires.
Make an effort to put people in their field of expertise/interest.
Pros
Infosys campus will be one of the best equipped places for extra-curricular activities.
Collegues are generally always helpful.
Cons
People trained in some particular technology are generally never given an opportunity of making use of their knowledge.eg: someone trained in .NET will not always be able to get a project in that field.
Bench time for any JL3 employee is a lot.
Advice to Senior Management
Please look into the matter of managing resources properly. If you do not have any business requirement then why to train in a particular technology.
Pros
infy as a brand is good and for fresher the training they provide is excellent.
Cons

Advice to Senior Management
make employee happy . company will grow even faster.
Pros

Cons
Rest everything are cons. Unprofessional, Lack of proper pay, promotions .......
Pros
Considered as a launch pad for a illustrious software career and infrastructure that increases the brand value of an Indian MNC in global platform
Cons
Factory environment where NO personal choices are considered.. Pathetic way of inducing knowledge which is only for company's benefit by believing in lame ideology like EVERYONE HAS TO BE GOOD AT WHAT COMPANY IS OFFERING rather cater to individuals best.. Military training where concepts are forcibly induced with fool-proof mechanisms.. High irrelevance in what employees are trained for and the job they are posted.. No domicile considerations too.. Pathetic salary package for the designation offered
Advice to Senior Management
Ask pupil what they are good at and then try placing Right people in right place rather than creating a so called Universal platform which leads to congestion in growth and knowledge of the individual.. Make you company a CHOICE for your employees rather than CHANCE
