Senior Level Management Sucks, they are not at all competent enough.
Compensation is not up-to the standards, specially their variable. Averagely, an employee will receive 50% of the Variable-Pay. So, at the time of deciding Salary-slab, please take care of Variable pay.
Benefits and perks are not at all available, even the festival like Diwali, you will not receive anything.
