Pros

My first project manager was really helpful and understanding. He appreciated good work and gave room for people to work on their own time. My second manager was exactly the opposite so the work was not very enjoyable. But people are helpful and definitely make the workplace enjoyable.

Company policy is not employee friendly. And training period is too long and unnecessary.

Advice to Senior Management

Please reduce the length of the training program at Mysore and allow employees to work from home. Also, reduction of the 9.15 hour rule would be great.

Training in Infy is a life time experience for freshers.

Hands on experience to develop technical skills is very less. As the company employee number is huge very much competition in peer groups for appraisal.
