    Pros

People are nice, don't have too much qualification for new graduates.

    Cons

Manage structure is too complex. I can't get allocated to a project even after I join Infosys over two months.

    Advice to Management

You should get to your employees more directly, not through multiple level managers.

    Pros

Provides a lot of opportunities to learn new things. Good compensation compared to other India based IT companies at ONSITE..

    Cons

Lack of stability at onsite.. Middle management are so focused on project margins losing out on the human angle.. As a deputee with family at onsite beyond band 6, not a good place to be.. Middle management layer typically at offshore are more operational.. They are never focussed on client delivery ( even though their role has a delivery associated to it ).. There can be a lot of efficiencies brought into this layer.. This could also help improve the margins...

    Advice to Management

Review the middle management (band 7) roles and responsibilities. There is a lot of scope for improvement here..Many of them remain in the same vertical forever and are never challenged with new tasks. Bring in rotation for middle management across verticals and challenge them with new opportunities.. Understand their worth.. This will also challenge the people below because they would have worked with the same middle management layer for a long time and new boss will bring new challenges to the table..Would love to rejoin in if these changes are implemented..

Without rotation in the middle management layer people below will never see change and will continue to be like a horse with their eyes closed. With the company going through a lot of transformation, middle management realignment is where some major effort should be put in..

    -Company has a Flat Hierarchy
-Good Campus facilities (every campus has gym , swimming pool, outdoor-sports area)

    Cons

    - Too much process , to the extent it is counter productive
    - Very few leaders who could take bold decisions
    - Bad Remuneration , concentration is only on Share value

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Very smooth at onsite . client should be good but other wise it is a good company to work for maximum 2 years

    Cons

Very rigid about certain rules which detoriates the work of employees. The management does not recognize the work of employees and the skill set does not develop if you are put in a bad project
