Pros
Best place to be as a fresher... best campus... best training in the whole IT sector.
Very good wrok - life balance in cities where travel takes less time... Music club / Adventure club / Employee club.... gym / swimming / steam bath :)... very very fulfilling life for interested people.Cons
Not many during my stay (Thankfully) except for my immediate TL... she would want me to work... pretended to work all day .. and then since I spent less time in completing the work at hand, take all the credit for her as well as my work! Also, my PL would find jobs requiring immediate attention only at 5:30PM in the evening which made me mad!
Now however, things have changed.... worst being the timings... 9.5 hrs compulsory... and the certifications that have been made compulsary....
One more bad this is: favouratism... I wanst unhappy with this as for people from EC, impressions are generally good on the higher management as they are visible... but its not the case with everyone...
Things were much better during NRN's time.Advice to Senior Management
Improve on the salary structure please.... and for Gods sake... stop micromanaging people... timings!!!!
