Current Employee – been working at Infosys
Pros – Policy driven - good for someone who looks for stability and doesn't like decision-making or risk-taking. Good brand value in the market.
Cons – Middle to senior management is extremely crippled in terms of decision-making authority. The place is getting progressively unfriendlier towards employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Decentralize and delegate. Encourage alternate points of view. Encourage innovation and a little bit of chaos. Discourage empire building and turf wars.
