Too much of policy
Infosys is fading out after the management change , you can see this very clearly
Can't expect hikes
Laterals have to be careful with their salary structure, (Poor salary structure with lots of variable pay)
Pros
Good working culture and very strong value based system makes infosys as one of the good experiences after under graduation.
Cons
Opportunities are sometimes dependent more on luck than work i.e. if you have to be in the right project at the right time
Advice to Senior Management
Revisit the foundation on which Infosys was built and the values which made it a household name and a respectable company to work in. That might provide some answers
Pros
Facilities are too good to enjoy.
Good atmosphere to work .
Cons
You wont get product salary even if you work for product development.
Very stringent working hours..9.15 a day
Advice to Senior Management
Try to increase the salary and reduce the count of employees.
